自2026年1月起，黑龍江省向全省中度以上失能老年人發放養老服務消費補貼，每人每月最高可獲800元，以電子消費券形式發放，專門用于購買助餐、助浴、助醫等照護服務，切實減輕失能老人家庭照護負擔。
