新京報訊（記者吳為）北京市十六屆人大四次會議1月25日開幕。北京市市長殷勇作政府工作報告。
報告談到“十四五”時期發展成就和“十五五”時期主要目標任務。過去五年，我們堅定疏解非首都功能，城鄉建設用地規模減量約50平方公里，地區生產總值年均增長5.2%，經濟總量連續邁上4萬億、5萬億兩個臺階，蹚出一條減量背景下超大城市轉型發展的新路子，實現“十四五”圓滿收官。
