【科技快報網(wǎng)】小米集團(tuán)1月28日舉辦2025年度“小米質(zhì)量獎”表彰大會，玄戒芯片產(chǎn)品化項(xiàng)目獲一等獎。
該芯片為小米首款3nm自研SoC，代號玄戒O1，由小米15S Pro首發(fā)，集成190億晶體管，CPU采用10核4叢集架構(gòu)，含兩顆Cortex-X925超大核等，歷時四年多由玄戒團(tuán)隊(duì)獨(dú)立完成系統(tǒng)級設(shè)計(jì)與物理實(shí)現(xiàn)，僅使用Arm標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IP授權(quán)，非定制方案。
