總臺記者當地時間29日獲悉，澤連斯基當天表示，就能源基礎設施達成的停火將從29日夜間開始生效。
美國總統特朗普在內閣會議上稱，因天氣寒冷，他“請求俄羅斯總統普京在一周內不要向烏克蘭首都基輔和其他多座城鎮開火”。特朗普聲稱，普京已經“同意了”。
