當地時間2月5日，美國歐洲司令部表示，美俄同意恢復高級別軍事對話，此次恢復對話是在阿聯酋與俄羅斯和烏克蘭高級軍事官員會晤后達成的。美國歐洲司令部并未明確就俄美恢復高級別軍事對話事宜作出進一步說明。
截至目前，俄方對此暫無回應。
