中新網(wǎng)2月9日電 最高檢9日舉行“深入推進‘食藥安全益路行’檢察公益訴訟監(jiān)督”新聞發(fā)布會。
會上，最高人民檢察院副檢察長張雪樵介紹，2025年1月，最高檢部署開展“食藥安全益路行”檢察公益訴訟監(jiān)督活動。各級檢察機關(guān)充分發(fā)揮公益訴訟檢察職能作用，聚焦重點領(lǐng)域、緊盯關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，持續(xù)加大辦案力度，2025年1至11月，共立案辦理食藥安全公益訴訟案件24029件，占公益訴訟案件總數(shù)的19%。
