財聯(lián)社2月9日電，Hims & Hers聲明稱，諾和諾德的訴訟是對數(shù)百萬依賴仿制藥獲得個性化治療的美國民眾公然的攻擊，大型制藥企業(yè)再次將美國司法體系武器化以限制消費者選擇。諾和諾德當天早些時候宣布，已就Hims & Hers公司在美國市場銷售的仿制司美格魯肽產(chǎn)品侵犯專利提起訴訟。
