據中央紀委國家監委駐教育部紀檢監察組、河南省紀委監委消息：中央戲劇學院表演系主任王鑫涉嫌嚴重違紀違法，主動投案，目前正接受中央紀委國家監委駐教育部紀檢監察組紀律審查和河南省許昌市監委監察調查。
Wang Xin, head of the Department of Acting at the Central Academy of Drama, is under investigation for alleged serious violations of discipline and law, according to authorities.
Authorities have reported that Wang turned himself in and is undergoing disciplinary review and investigation in Xuchang, Henan province.

公開信息顯示，王鑫是中央戲劇學院教授，戲劇表導演博士，曾擔任中央戲劇學院表演系表演教研室主任、黨總支常務副書記、副系主任，博士研究生導師，多年從事本科戲劇表導演教學，具有豐富的教學經驗。主要教授的課程有戲劇（影視）表演，戲劇導演基礎等。
Public records show Wang is a professor with a doctorate in theatre directing. He has held several academic and administrative posts and has long taught theatre performance and directing.
王鑫參演過《無問西東》《大江大河》《大宋宮詞》《生萬物》等多部影視劇，發表論文有《演員創作素質培養》《表演創作思維特征探索》《高校戲劇表演教學》《完整人物形象的創造》等；王鑫導演話劇作品有《圣井》《薩勒姆的女巫》等，表演話劇作品《紅白喜事》《北京人》等。
