據足球報：中國足協官方宣布，伊朗U-23國家男子足球隊因故退出3月25日至31日在西安進行的2026中國之隊·西安國際青年足球錦標賽，經組委會決定，邀請越南U-23國家男子足球隊替代伊朗U-23國家男子足球隊參加本次賽事。
