智通財(cái)經(jīng)APP獲悉，周一， Vertiv Holdings(VRT.US)早盤漲近8%，逼近歷史新高，現(xiàn)報(bào)261.08美元。消息面上，美東時(shí)間3月6日盤后，標(biāo)普道瓊斯指數(shù)公司將Vertiv Holdings納入標(biāo)普500指數(shù)。
此外，截止到FY25Q4，公司過去12 個(gè)月有機(jī)訂單增長81%。第四季度訂單同比+252%，環(huán)比+117%，訂單出貨比為2.9x。FY25Q4積壓訂單為150 億美元，環(huán)比+57%，其構(gòu)成與一年前相比變化不大，但在12 至18 個(gè)月的窗口期內(nèi)分布比重更大。天風(fēng)證券指出，上調(diào)FY26 營收和盈利預(yù)測(cè)，維持“買入”評(píng)級(jí)。
