近日,江蘇昆山一公司發布放三天帶薪春假的通知引發網友關注。
A machinery company in Kunshan, Jiangsu province, has introduced a three-day paid spring break for its employees — separate from annual leave and with no makeup days — sparking widespread attention online.

據報道,這家位于昆山的機電設備公司表示,帶薪春假是在職工年休假之外新設的,前后不調休。和清明假期連休,該公司的員工可享受六天假期。放假通知中寫道,“要拼搏,也要有停下來的從容。這三天不看工作消息,不趕會議進度,可以陪孩子放風箏、陪父母踏青,或者把自己變回小孩——追一朵云,看一場花開,躺在草地上發發呆。”同時,該公司也制定了春假期間應急方案。
The break coincides with the local school system's spring holiday (April 1–3) and, combined with the Qingming Festival, gives staff six consecutive days off. "Striving hard matters, but so does the grace to pause," the company said in its notice. "No work messages, no meetings. Fly kites with your children, or simply turn back into a child — chasing clouds, watching flowers bloom, lying on the grass."

據了解,江蘇省從今年開始執行中小學春秋假制度,蘇州等大部分地區的春假在4月1日至3日。
目前,江蘇省內13個設區市均已就落實職工帶薪休假以及銜接中小學春秋假事項發出倡議書,倡導用人單位制定年度職工休假計劃、組織療休養活動時充分考慮與本地中小學春秋假匹配,便于有未成年子女的職工家庭共同休假。
The move comes as Jiangsu province officially rolls out spring and autumn breaks for primary and secondary schools this year.
All 13 prefecture-level cities have issued proposals encouraging employers to align paid leave with school holidays, making it easier for working parents to take time off with their children.
蘇州還鼓勵用人單位與工會組織、職工代表開展集體協商,將錯峰休假、彈性調休等納入集體合同,明確有中小學子女的職工在中小學春秋假期間的休假權利。
In Suzhou, authorities are promoting collective bargaining to include flexible scheduling and staggered leave in labor agreements, explicitly supporting the leave rights of employees with school-age children.
而昆山這家企業有職工31人,其中20多人的子女在念中小學,其帶薪春假正好與當地中小學春假的時間重合。
多地鼓勵“學生放春秋假,家長同步休”
近些年,多地中小學生放春假的消息引發關注。與此同時,不少職工家庭也開始反映“學生放假、家長無休”的問題。
而現在,不光是蘇州,已經有多地將春秋假和帶薪休假一并考慮,提出了破解之策。
浙江省人社廳、省總工會等4部門印發《關于進一步貫徹落實帶薪年休假制度的通知》,切實維護職工休息休假權益。通知提到,鼓勵用人單位創新假期使用方式,支持職工將年休假與法定節假日、周末調休、補休相結合,形成“組合假期”。中小學生春秋假、寒暑假期間,對有未成年子女照護需求的職工優先安排調休、補休或年休假。積極推動錯峰休假。
Similar initiatives are emerging nationwide. Zhejiang province encourages combining annual leave with statutory holidays and school breaks to create longer family-friendly vacations.
安徽合肥市提出,為家長看護學生、旅游出行提供方便,鼓勵用人單位結合帶薪休假制度,根據工作實際采取錯峰休假、調休補休等措施,優先滿足有未成年子女的職工休假需求。
安徽宣城市人社局、市總工會、市教育體育局聯合發布《關于落實中小學春秋假制度推行職工帶薪錯峰休假的倡議書》,建議提前摸排家有義務教育階段學生的職工需求,鼓勵用人單位在保障正常生產秩序的前提下,支持職工將帶薪年休假進行靈活拆分,與孩子的春秋假、法定節假日巧妙拼合,實現錯峰休假、錯峰出行。
安徽蕪湖市在《關于在中小學春秋假期間保障有學生子女的職工休假的倡議》提出,鼓勵用人單位采取分段休假、調劑用工等人性化措施,保障職工在春秋假期間帶薪休假。鼓勵用人單位、工會組織或職工代表通過集體協商,保障有子女在中小學就讀的職工在春秋假期間的休假權利。
Cities in Anhui — including Hefei, Xuancheng, and Wuhu — have urged employers to prioritize leave requests from employees with school-age children.
江蘇泰州市總工會與市人社局聯合發布倡議,鼓勵基層工會根據實際組織會員開展春秋游,鼓勵用人單位根據自身條件開展職工子女托管、托育等關愛活動。
江蘇常州市人社局發布倡議,明確對于帶薪休假制度健全、錯峰休假政策執行成效明顯的企業,人社部門將作為和諧勞動關系創建工作先進集體評選的關鍵加分項,在就業創業、社會保險、人才政策、特殊工時許可有效期審批等方面予以重點傾斜。
江蘇淮安市協調勞動關系三方委員會發出倡議,支持職工“應休盡休”,通過集體協商將休息休假安排與職工共商共議。倡議特別提出,“工作是為了更好地生活,而生活也會帶來更好的工作動力”。
In Jiangsu, Taizhou and Huai'an have called for spring outings, childcare support, and flexible leave to improve worklife balance, while Changzhou has introduced incentives that make staggered leave a factor in corporate evaluations for harmonious labor relations.
"Work is for a better life, and life in turn brings better motivation for work," read one proposal from Huai'an.
