當地時間4月1日，伊朗情報部門發布公告稱，近期在西阿塞拜疆省通過民眾舉報和情報行動，查獲一批由美國和以色列方面提供的情報通信設備。
此外，伊情報部門還在行動中逮捕8名隸屬于分裂組織的人員，并拘捕1名外籍間諜。
