當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間4月27日，中國(guó)常駐聯(lián)合國(guó)代表傅聰在安理會(huì)海上安全問(wèn)題高級(jí)別公開(kāi)辯論會(huì)上發(fā)言。傅聰表示，霍爾木茲海峽受阻的根源在于美國(guó)和以色列對(duì)伊朗發(fā)動(dòng)的非法軍事行動(dòng)。傅聰正告美方，在業(yè)已達(dá)成臨時(shí)停火安排的情況下，加碼軍事部署，采取定向封鎖行動(dòng)，是危險(xiǎn)和不負(fù)責(zé)任的行為。
