民宿酒店案例 | 蒼洱之眼：大理風雅頌度假酒店改造、住進自然，與風景共舞

一、項目背景 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

項目場地位于大理洱海東岸，西面正對蒼山洱海，盡攬毫無遮擋純粹的山海美景。原始建筑的形式為簡化版的歐式建筑。設計通過對整體建筑、室內與景觀的重新定義與改造，將其轉變為美好度假生活的容器。整體改造設計秉持：“住進自然，與風景共舞”的原則。在改善原始建筑條件的同時，結合主題，在空間中巧妙融入婆娑光影、立體水系、綠植花藝等自然要素，為旅客帶來別樣的浪漫度假旅居體驗。

The project site is located on the east bank of Erhai Lake in Dali, facing Cangshan Erhai in the west, and enjoying the pure scenery of mountains and seas without any shading. The form of the original building is a simplified version of European architecture. Through the redefinition and transformation of the overall architecture, interior and landscape, the design transforms it into a container for a beautiful holiday life.The overall transformation design adheres to the principle of "living in nature and dancing with the scenery". While improving the original building conditions, combined with the theme, the natural elements such as dancing light and shadow, three-dimensional water system, green plants and flowers are cleverly integrated into the space to bring tourists a different kind of romantic holiday and stay experience.

二、設計策略 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

“宇宙星云，如同上帝之眼，源于萬物，洞察萬物。”“蒼洱之眼”由一座拱形橋構成，串聯起一層酒店餐廳與二層下午茶的室內外公共活動場域。設計同時也解決了地下室因原始大臺階而采光不足的問題。它既是直面蒼山洱海的標志性窗口，也為酒店后續運營提供多種活動的可能性：拱橋之上可進行充滿儀式感的婚禮，拱形之下也可以演繹一場優雅的水上芭蕾。基于功能需求又高于功能需求，是為浪漫。

主體建筑的西面為正向的觀海面，采用通透立面和多樣開敞界面，將蒼山洱海的自然風光引入室內。中心水院以“蒼洱之眼”為核心，與南北環廊呈U形布局，緊密連接溶洞餐廳、浮云下午茶、接海泳池等室內外休閑功能，如同景觀觸手擁抱著蒼山洱海的四季景觀。建筑立面的不同表情是為呼應周圍環境條件的變化。與擁有著絕佳自然景觀位的西立面不同，場地的南北兩面混合著社區建筑風貌，東面緊鄰社區建筑，因而存在互相干擾問題。因此建筑的立面和空間形態也隨著場地條件、鄰里關系及景觀方位的變化而變化。

"The cosmic nebula, like the eye of God, comes from everything and sees everything." The "Eye of Green Erh" is formed by an arched bridge, connecting the hotel restaurant on the first floor with the indoor and outdoor public activity areas for afternoon tea on the second floor. The design also solves the problem of insufficient light in the basement due to the original large steps. It is not only the iconic window facing Cangshan and Erhai Lake, but also provides a variety of activities for the subsequent operation of the hotel: the arch bridge can be filled with ceremonial weddings, but also under the arch can perform an elegant water ballet. Based on functional needs and higher than functional needs, is for romance.

The west of the main building is a positive view of the sea, using a transparent facade and a variety of open interfaces, bringing the natural scenery of Cangshan and Erhai into the interior. With the "Eye of Erh" as the core, the central water courtyard is in a U-shaped layout with the North-South ring corridor, closely connected with the indoor and outdoor leisure functions such as the karst cave restaurant, floating cloud afternoon tea, and the sea swimming pool, like the landscape tentacles embracing the four seasons landscape of Cangshan Erhai. The different expressions of the building facades are designed to respond to the changing conditions of the surrounding environment. Unlike the west facade, which has an excellent natural landscape, the north and south sides of the site are mixed with the community architecture, and the east is adjacent to the community architecture, so there is a problem of mutual interference. Therefore, the facade and spatial form of the building also change with the change of site conditions, neighborhood relations and landscape orientation.

三、空間調性 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

“巨石瀑布”幾何風景——東面是酒店的儀式性入口，以蒼山十九峰十八溪的山澗瀑布為意向，巨大壘石立面營造具有儀式性與雕塑感的入口空間，既避免了與東側住宅的干擾，又將酒店本身塑造成一道幾何風景。

“水韻走廊”沉浸自然——旅客可通過下沉式入口來到“瀑布”下的水韻走廊，而后直達酒店接待大堂。走廊兩側分解為多個花園庭院，恬靜自然的氣氛讓第一次到訪的客人感受到身體與空間的直接對話，放慢腳步，駐足停留。

“推拉格柵”愜意棲息——針對面向社區鄰里的酒店客房，我們設計了可以自由推拉的落地格柵，這樣能避免旅客在陽臺休憩時受鄰里行人的視線干擾，保障隱私感的同時還可以靈活的通過推拉格柵來一瞥側前方的海景。

Geometric landscape of "Boulder Waterfall" - The east is the ceremonial entrance of the hotel, taking the waterfall of the 19 peaks and 18 streams of Cangshan Mountain as the intention, the huge stone facade creates a ceremonial and sculptural entrance space, which not only avoids interference with the east side of the residence, but also shapes the hotel itself into a geometric landscape.

The "Water Corridor" is immersed in nature - visitors can enter the water corridor under the "waterfall" through the sunken entrance, and then lead to the hotel's reception lobby. Both sides of the corridor are divided into a number of garden courtyards, and the quiet and natural atmosphere allows the first time visitors to feel the direct dialogue between the body and the space, slow down and stop.

"Push and pull grille" cozy habitat - For the hotel rooms facing the community, we designed the floor grille that can be freely pushed and pulled, so that tourists can avoid being interfered with the line of sight of the neighborhood pedestrians when resting on the balcony, and ensure the sense of privacy, but also flexible through the push and pull grille to glimpse the sea view in front of the side.
