一、項目背景 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

《紐約時報》評選了全球最值得去的45個地方，莫干山排名第18位。CNN稱這里為“除長城之外，15個你必須要去的中國特色地方之一”。莫干山，古有“干將莫邪鑄劍”神話，近有歐美日俄等十多國傳教士及民國數位財閥上山修建別墅，現留存250多棟，諸如毛澤東下榻處皇后飯店、蔣介石總統觀邸松月廬、杜月笙會館林海別墅、民黨元老張靜江別墅等等，使莫干山享有“世界建筑博物館”之美稱。

一粟酒店位于莫干山制高點，依山而建，由一棟現代建筑與一幢全國文保老別墅融合而成。目前開放的是酒店一期，即現代建筑部分。每一間客房窗明幾凈，向著陽光，從窗戶望出去，能看見莫干山上的百年歷史建筑點綴于參天密林之中。清透湛藍的無邊泳池，在碧空映襯下，平添休閑度假氣息。

The New York Times selected 45 of the world's most worthwhile places to visit, and Moganshan ranked 18th. CNN called this place "one of the 15 places with Chinese characteristics that you must visit besides the Great Wall".

Yisu Hotel is located at the highest point of Moganshan Mountain, built against the mountain. It is composed of a modern building and a national cultural relic protection old villa. Currently open is the first phase of the hotel, namely the modern building section. Each guest room is bright and clean, facing the sunlight. Looking out of the Windows, one can see the century-old historical buildings on Moganshan dotted among the towering forests. The clear and deep blue infinity pool, set against the backdrop of the blue sky, adds a touch of leisure and vacation atmosphere.

二、設計理念 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

酒店名為“一粟”，取蘇軾《赤壁賦》“滄海一粟”之低調形意，亦是其所傳遞的一種人生主張 — 歷經浮世喧囂，歸來山間，輕簡如一粟，萬物依舊。酒店為山地建筑，接待區順著山勢設在最高層。客人抵達后，首先進入頂層接待區。自制的銅管按菱形排列、將復古燈泡從頂部矩陣吊掛，暗合建筑坡頂的幾何圖形。一粟的logo展示于接待墻面，空間干凈利落。接待臺前是下沉式休息區，整面落地玻璃將森林氧吧的絕妙景觀映入眼簾，客人可以穿過休息區前往露臺，在抵達酒店的第一刻即能領略到莫干山的美景。

酒店一期共有4層，分為主樓、輔樓兩個區塊，兩樓之間以回旋樓梯相連接。房間按色調分為木色、黑色、水泥色等幾類，全部選用正版家具與沙發。根據景觀與房型不同，分為全景露臺大套房、星空loft大床房、觀景浴缸露臺大套房等，客人們可以根據自己的心情與喜好選擇需要的房型。

The hotel is named "A Grain of Millet", which takes the low-key form of "a grain of millet in the vast sea" from Su Shi's "Ode to the Red Cliff", and also conveys a life proposition - after experiencing the hustle and bustle of the world, returning to the mountains, as simple as a grain of millet, everything remains the same. The hotel is a mountainous building, and the reception area is located on the top floor along the mountain terrain. After the guests arrive, they first enter the top-floor reception area. Self-made copper tubes are arranged in a diamond shape, and vintage light bulbs are suspended in a matrix from the top, which coincides with the geometric shape of the building's sloping roof. The logo of Yisu is displayed on the reception wall, and the space is clean and tidy. In front of the reception desk is a sunken rest area. The entire floor-to-ceiling glass offers a breathtaking view of the forest oxygen bar. Guests can cross the rest area to the terrace and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Moganshan the moment they arrive at the hotel.

The first phase of the hotel has a total of 4 floors, divided into two sections: the main building and the auxiliary building. The two floors are connected by a spiral staircase. The rooms are classified by color tones into several types such as wood, black and cement, and all genuine furniture and sofas are selected. According to the different views and room types, they are divided into panoramic terrace suites, starry loft king-size bed rooms, and terrace suites with viewing bathtubs, etc. Guests can choose the room type they need according to their mood and preferences.

三、空間調性 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

酒店設計中，結合莫干山悠久的歷史文化，選用現代的材料和手法來體現民國時期的風情。譬如皮質床靠打上鉚釘、拴上皮扣，搭掛在銅桿上，配上床頭的銅制閱讀燈，還有充滿質感的黃銅水龍頭，木質復古的梳妝鏡，仿佛一幕《花樣年華》呈現眼前。細節上選用少許濃郁而出跳的色彩來點綴，比如衛生間滿鋪的墨綠方磚，高飽和度的靛藍沙發，溫暖扎實的皮色休閑椅，慵懶小資的腔調被一點點勾勒出來。

In the hotel design, the long history and culture of Moganshan are combined, and modern materials and techniques are selected to reflect the charm of the Republic of China period. For instance, a leather bed is studded with rivets and fastened with leather buckles, hung on a copper pole, paired with a copper reading lamp at the bedside, a textured brass faucet, and a wooden retro dressing mirror. It seems as if a scene of "In the Mood for Love" is unfolding before one's eyes.In terms of details, a few rich and vibrant colors are selected for embellishment. For instance, the bathroom is fully covered with dark green square bricks, the highly saturated indigo sofa, and the warm and solid leather-colored casual chair. The laid-back and sophisticated style is gradually outlined.
