民宿酒店案例 | 上海 · 待涇村“花海民宿”：繼承粉墻黛瓦的基調(diào)、提煉出花瓣的曲線形態(tài)

一、項目背景 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

上海金山區(qū)的待涇村是一個典型的江南水鄉(xiāng)，人們依水而居，世代耕漁。隨著臨近的花開海上生態(tài)園的建設(shè)，這里的生活逐漸發(fā)生著改變。游客的增加召喚出新的業(yè)態(tài)，傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)家樂難以再滿足來自市區(qū)度假客的需求。為此打造一個新型民宿的試點和樣板，帶動周邊農(nóng)戶的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級，成為花海民宿的緣起。

Daijing Village in Jinshan District, Shanghai, is a typical water town in the south of the Yangtze River. People live by the water and have been engaged in farming and fishing for generations. With the construction of the nearby Huakai Hai Shang Ecological Park, life here is gradually changing. The increase in tourists has called for new business forms, and traditional farmhouses can no longer meet the demands of vacationers from urban areas. For this reason, a pilot and model of a new type of homestay was created to drive the industrial upgrading of the surrounding farmers, which became the origin of Huahai Homestay.

二、設(shè)計理念 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

如何將千畝花海鏈接到江南水鄉(xiāng)，是本次設(shè)計的切入點。我們總體上保留了原民居北面一層與南面三層的格局，以及南庭北院的形態(tài)。并依當(dāng)?shù)卣撸诓煌黄圃薪ㄖ蓓斴喞幕A(chǔ)上，對其平面功能進行重新調(diào)整。北側(cè)的花海作為主景觀面，主要讓渡給二層和三層的客房區(qū)，用大開窗的方式，將花海景觀引入室內(nèi)。

外掛樓梯作為整棟民宿最活潑的視覺構(gòu)成元素，連接各類觀景空間，走在通往三層的樓梯上，視線便漫游在花海與水鄉(xiāng)之間。而這間民宿自身應(yīng)該呈現(xiàn)出怎樣的風(fēng)貌和性格？建筑不應(yīng)成為這個整體環(huán)境里一個特立獨行的存在，而是掩映在周邊的環(huán)境中，若即若離。這是我們最初的設(shè)定。由于這棟民宿本身是作為待涇村民宿改造引領(lǐng)者的角色而存在，我們不希望對現(xiàn)狀江南水鄉(xiāng)的基本風(fēng)貌造成沖突性的影響。因此，繼承粉墻黛瓦的基調(diào)，保持水鄉(xiāng)民居的尺度，是首要原則。在此基礎(chǔ)上我們提煉出花瓣的曲線形態(tài)，在樓梯間雨棚、共享休憩空間和建筑開窗形式上作出了局部突破，讓異質(zhì)化的形態(tài)點狀穿插在整體風(fēng)貌中，形成視覺沖擊力和記憶點。

How to link the thousand-mu flower sea to the water towns of Jiangnan is the entry point of this design. Overall, we have retained the layout of the original residence, which has one floor on the north side and three floors on the south side, as well as the form of the south courtyard and the north courtyard. And in accordance with local policies, the planar functions of the building are readjust without breaking the original roof outline of the building. The flower field on the north side serves as the main landscape area, mainly giving way to the guest room areas on the second and third floors. By using large Windows, the flower field view is brought into the interior.

The external staircase, as the most lively visual element of the entire homestay, connects various viewing Spaces. Walking on the staircase leading to the third floor, the line of sight wanders between the sea of flowers and the water town. And what kind of style and character should this homestay itself present? Buildings should not be an unconventional existence in this overall environment, but rather blend in with the surrounding environment, being both close and distant. This is our initial setting. As this homestay itself exists as a leader in the renovation of homestays in Daijing Village, we do not wish to have a conflicting impact on the current basic appearance of the Jiangnan water town. Therefore, inheriting the tone of white walls and black tiles while maintaining the scale of water town residences is the primary principle. Based on this, we extracted the curved shape of the petals and made local breakthroughs in the form of the stairwell canopy, shared rest space and building Windows, allowing the heterogeneous forms to be interwoven in a point-like manner throughout the overall style, creating a visual impact and memorable points.

三、空間調(diào)性 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

在面向花海一側(cè)的屋頂上，采用了點綴式的彩色金屬瓦的設(shè)計，仿佛有數(shù)片花瓣飄落在屋頂上，以此豐富庭院內(nèi)部的色彩層次。江南水鄉(xiāng)與四季花海的邂逅，兩種文化特質(zhì)的交融，塑造了這座民宿特有的性格，希望這個簡單的嘗試能帶給待涇村更多的美好。

On the roof facing the sea of flowers, a design of decorative colored metal tiles is adopted, as if several petals are falling on the roof, thereby enriching the color layers inside the courtyard. The encounter of the Jiangnan water town and the four-season flower sea, as well as the integration of two cultural traits, have shaped the unique character of this homestay. It is hoped that this simple attempt can bring more beauty to Daijing Village.
