一、項目背景 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
為了豐富空間產品類型,填補院落產品的空白,設計啟動后院·溜石港1號院改造項目,產品定位在一個能夠容納3-4人住宿,6-8人用餐的家庭式鄉村民宿小院兒。該項目坐落于北京市昌平區流村鎮溜石港村,其位置處于村落西側的最高處。它的前身為一處閑置的農家住房,兩側皆有民宅分布。因地勢較高,從正南方能夠望見溜石港村的大片山景。
To enrich the types of spatial products and fill the gap of courtyard products, the design has initiated the renovation project of Backyard · Liushi Port No. 1 Courtyard. The product is positioned as a family-style rural homestay courtyard that can accommodate 3 to 4 people for accommodation and 6 to 8 people for dining. This project is located in Liushigang Village, Liucun Town, Changping District, Beijing, and its position is at the highest point on the west side of the village. Its predecessor was an idle rural house, with residential houses distributed on both sides. Due to its high altitude, from the exact south, one can see a vast mountain view of the village of Liushi Port.

二、設計理念 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
為豐富空間產品類型,填補院落產品領域的空白,在設計規劃中啟動了后院·溜石港1號院改造項目。該項目的產品定位是打造一個家庭式鄉村民宿小院,能夠容納3 - 4人住宿,同時滿足6 - 8人用餐的需求。
在后院·溜石港的建造及運營過程中,投入了大量資金。基于此,本次改造重點聚焦于兩個方面:一是空間產品的差異化設計;二是在有限的資金和時間內達成院落改造的目標。
改造策略/建筑方面:項目原址存在一棟北房,其為上世紀80年代典型的北方民居結構。整體框架采用木頭搭建,紅磚砌筑,屋面覆蓋著紅色粘土蓋瓦。原始的木梁、椽子以及花窗均完整保留,散發著濃郁的鄉村氣息。考慮到施工周期和資金限制,設計決定最大程度地利用現場現有條件,進行最小限度的內容改動。

The product positioning of this project is to create a family-style rural homestay courtyard, which can accommodate 3 to 4 people for accommodation and meet the dining needs of 6 to 8 people at the same time.A large amount of money was invested in the construction and operation of Backyard · Rockport. Based on this, the focus of this renovation is on two aspects: The first is the differentiated design of spatial products; The second is to achieve the goal of courtyard renovation within the limited funds and time.
Renovation strategy/Architectural aspect: There is a north-facing building at the original site of the project, which is a typical northern residential structure from the 1980s. The overall frame is constructed with wood, built with red bricks, and the roof is covered with red clay tiles. The original wooden beams, rafters and stained Windows have all been completely preserved, exuding a strong rural atmosphere. Considering the construction period and financial constraints, the design decision was made to make the most of the existing on-site conditions and make the minimum content changes.

三、空間維度 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
從空間維度考量,鑒于現有建筑面積存在局限,我們在東側借助房屋與院墻所形成的夾角處增設衛生間,如此一來,便不會占用現有的房間面積;在西南側,我們通過加建泡池房的方式,豐富了院落的產品功能屬性;在南部區域,結合泡池房的外墻面,構筑起圍墻與院門,從而形成一個僅設有一間北房的圍合型院落。
整個院落的景觀面均朝向南方,為此,南部圍墻的上半部分采用玻璃磚進行替代。這樣的設計,不僅有效隔絕了近處雜亂無章的屋面,而且遠處的山脈也能夠透過玻璃磚完整地呈現出來。
在院內植物的規劃上,僅保留門前的兩顆柿子樹,并修筑水泥平臺。該水泥平臺用于連接入口以及泡池房,其作為北房空間的延展區域。在天氣晴好之時,躺在院子里,或是躺在柿子樹下,眺望著遠山、白云,圍爐煮茶也好,下棋聊天也罷,僅僅是想象這樣的場景,都會讓人感受到格外愜意的鄉村時光。
From the perspective of spatial dimension, given the limitations of the existing building area, we added a bathroom at the Angle formed by the house and the courtyard wall on the east side. In this way, the existing room area will not be occupied. On the southwest side, we have enriched the product functional attributes of the courtyard by adding a bubble room. In the southern area, in combination with the exterior walls of the hot spring pool house, a fence and a courtyard gate are constructed, thus forming an enclosed courtyard with only one north room.
The landscape of the entire courtyard faces south. For this reason, the upper part of the southern wall is replaced with glass bricks. Such a design not only effectively isolates the disorderly roof nearby, but also enables the distant mountains to be fully presented through the glass bricks.
In the planning of the plants within the courtyard, only the two persimmon trees in front of the door will be retained, and a cement platform will be built. This cement platform is used to connect the entrance and the bubble pool room, serving as an extended area of the north room space. On a fine day, lying in the yard or under a persimmon tree, gazing at distant mountains and white clouds, whether it's sipping tea by the stove or playing chess and chatting, just imagining such scenes will make one feel the particularly pleasant rural time.

剩余空間的部分則修舊如舊 —— 原木梁、椽子、門窗全部打磨翻新,以天然木色為主基調;原墻體鏟掉墻皮,保留初建房時的夯土稻草漆,所有管線均裸露走明管;為了保證冬天室內溫度,地面做地暖并回填水泥。硬裝全部完成,光線透過花窗曬了進來,北方冬天的陽光正好,曬得整個屋里都暖洋洋的,是北方山居民宅獨有的空間感受。
The remaining space was restored to its original state - the wooden beams, rafters, doors and Windows were all polished and renovated, with the natural wood color as the main tone. The wall plaster of the original wall was removed, and the rammed earth and straw paint from the initial construction of the house was retained. All pipelines were exposed and laid. To ensure the indoor temperature in winter, underfloor heating is installed on the ground and cement is backfilled. The hard decoration was all completed. Light streamed in through the flower Windows. The winter sun in the north was just right, making the entire room warm and cozy. It was a unique spatial experience of a mountain residence in the north.
