01 項(xiàng)目介紹

Program Introduction

國家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓勵在自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等方面已取得較好成績的海外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者（含非華裔外籍人才）回國（來華）工作，自主選擇研究方向開展創(chuàng)新性研究，促進(jìn)青年科學(xué)技術(shù)人才的快速成長，培養(yǎng)一批有望進(jìn)入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)骨干，為科技強(qiáng)國建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。

The National Natural Science Foundation of China （NSFC）Excellent Young Scientists Fund (Overseas) aims to attract and encourage outstanding young scholars from abroad, including non-Chinese foreign talent, who have achieved notable success in natural sciences, engineering, or related fields, to work in China. The program supports them in independently selecting research directions and conducting innovative research. It is designed to accelerate the growth of young scientific talent and cultivate a cohort of prominent academic leaders at the forefront of international science and technology.

03 申請人條件

Applicant Eligibility

優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）的申請人應(yīng)當(dāng)具備以下條件：

?遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺踐行新時代科學(xué)家精神；

?出生日期在1985年1月1日（含）以后；

?具有博士學(xué)位；

?在取得博士學(xué)位后至2025年9月15日前，一般應(yīng)在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求；

?取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/p>

?申請人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或者2024年1月1日以后回國（來華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作并全職回國（來華）工作不少于3年。

?Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, possess strong scientific ethics, and embody the spirit of scientists.

?Be born on or after January 1, 1985.

?Hold a PhD degree.

?After obtaining a PhD degree, applicants must have held formal teaching or research positions at overseas universities, research institutions, or corporate R&D facilities for at least 36 consecutive months before September 15, 2025. Exceptions to the work experience requirement may be granted for applicants who obtained their PhD degree overseas and have demonstrated exceptional academic performance.

?Demonstrate scientific or technical achievements acknowledged by peer experts, with the potential to become an academic leader or a distinguished talent in relevant fields.

?Applicants must either have not yet undertaken full-time employment in China, or have commenced full-time employment in China on or after January 1, 2024. Upon receiving the award notification, recipients must resign from any current overseas employment and commit to full-time work in China for at least three years.

入選者可聘任為浙江大學(xué)“百人計(jì)劃”研究員（第一類），學(xué)校正式事業(yè)編制的教學(xué)科研并重崗。發(fā)展通道為長聘副教授、長聘教授。

文化環(huán)境

自由的學(xué)術(shù)研究氛圍，積極健康的學(xué)院文化。

薪酬待遇

提供具有一流競爭力的薪酬；高質(zhì)量教學(xué)、科研獎勵；安家補(bǔ)助；（符合條件的博士后還可享受杭州城西大走廊獎勵性補(bǔ)助40萬）。

科研支持

提供科研經(jīng)費(fèi)200萬（含國家配套），以及優(yōu)越的實(shí)驗(yàn)辦公空間。

團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)

具有博士生招生資格，校院統(tǒng)籌給與博士生招生名額，支持招收博士后。

住房資源

可申購學(xué)校人才共有產(chǎn)權(quán)保障房（個人按30%-80%產(chǎn)權(quán)份額購買），或租住學(xué)校教師公寓。晉升長聘教職后，可申購學(xué)校人才房（從杭州市外引進(jìn)，提供一次性搬遷費(fèi)）。

服務(wù)保障

協(xié)助解決配偶工作及子女入學(xué)入托；協(xié)助辦理落戶、外國人永久居留證等。

Selected candidate will be appointed as a ZJU 100 Young Professor（tenure-track).

Academic Environment

An open and dynamic academic environment that actively fosters innovation and collaboration, supported by a positive and inclusive institutional culture.

Remuneration

Successful applicants will be offered a competitive remuneration package, including an attractive annual salary, a tax-free settling-in subsidy and performance-based incentives. Eligible applicants with postdoctoral research experience will be provided with a subsidy from the Hangzhou Chengxi Sci-tech Innovation Corridor.

Research Support

Research funding of RMB 2 million will be provided, along with access to state-of-the-art laboratory facilities and premium office spaces.

Team Building

Candidates will be eligible to enroll doctoral students and recruit postdoctoral fellows, with comprehensive assistance provided by the university and the school.

Housing Assistance

Relocation and housing assistance will be provided, including the option to purchase university-affiliated talent housing under a shared ownership arrangement, access to temporary apartment rentals, and a one-time relocation allowance for candidates relocating from outside Hangzhou. Furthermore, candidates who obtain a tenured position will be eligible to purchase university-affiliated talent housing at preferential rates.

Service Guarantee

Assistance will be provided for children’s school enrollment, spousal employment, household registration and permanent residence permit applications for foreign nationals, as well as other related services.

簡歷應(yīng)包含個人基本信息、聯(lián)系方式、學(xué)習(xí)和工作經(jīng)歷、主要學(xué)術(shù)成就（論文、項(xiàng)目、專利和獲獎情況等）。達(dá)成申報(bào)意向后，學(xué)院安排工作組進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)申報(bào)。
