DDR4報價仍高于DDR5，NAND價格出現(xiàn)單日多調(diào)情況

根據(jù)TrendForce集邦咨詢最新發(fā)布的存儲現(xiàn)貨價格趨勢報告，DRAM方面，現(xiàn)貨市場市況持續(xù)波動，DDR4的顆粒報價持續(xù)上揚，整體報價仍高于DDR5。雖然價格已經(jīng)處于高位，但尚未觀察到價格回跌跡象。主流顆粒DDR4 1Gx8 3200MT/s在本周(11/26–12/2)的價格漲幅為10.73%(US$14.914上漲至US$16.514)。

NAND現(xiàn)貨市場，在預(yù)期供應(yīng)將極度吃緊且后續(xù)價格仍會上漲的心理驅(qū)動下，現(xiàn)貨市場已出現(xiàn)單日多次調(diào)整報價的情況。本周(11/26–12/2)512Gb TLC wafer現(xiàn)貨價格上漲5.90%，單價達US$9.607。
