聶衛平女兒發布訃告

記者從中國圍棋協會獲悉，中國圍棋協會名譽主席、“棋圣”聶衛平九段昨晚在北京病逝，享年73歲。

Chinese Go master Nie Weiping passed away in Beijing on Wednesday night at the age of 73, according to the Chinese Weiqi Association.

聶衛平是上世紀中國圍棋振興的關鍵人物，在八十年代的中日圍棋擂臺賽中，他作為主將力挽狂瀾，連勝多位日本超一流棋手，創造了“擂臺神話”，極大振奮了民族精神，被當時的國家體委和中國圍棋協會授予“棋圣”稱號，掀起了全國的圍棋熱潮。

Nie rose to legendary status during the 1980s China-Japan Super Go Matches, where he staged dramatic comebacks to defeat a series of top Japanese players. These victories earned him the honorary title "Sage of Go" and sparked a national wave of enthusiasm for the game.

聶衛平曾出任圍棋國家隊總教練，帶教出常昊等世界冠軍，并積極參與圍棋活動，對中國圍棋的普及、發展、走向世界作出了不可磨滅的奠基性貢獻。聶衛平的逝世是中國圍棋界乃至體育界的重大損失。他的拼搏精神與卓越成就將被永遠銘記。

He later served as head coach of the national team, mentoring world champions including Chang Hao, and remained a global ambassador for Go. His death is considered a significant loss to the Chinese Go community and the sporting world at large.

聶衛平女兒15日發布訃告稱，“我們懷著萬分沉痛與不舍的心情，向各界親友泣告：中國圍棋界泰斗、“棋圣” 聶衛平先生，因病醫治無效，于2026年1月14日晚22時55分與世長辭，享年73歲……父親的離去，是中國圍棋界的巨大損失，更是我們家人心中無法彌補的傷痛。他音容宛在，風骨長存，我們將永遠懷念他。 ”
