為奪格陵蘭島，美國對歐洲8國加征關(guān)稅

當(dāng)?shù)貢r間17日，美國總統(tǒng)特朗普表示，將從2月1日起對丹麥、挪威、瑞典、法國、德國、英國、荷蘭和芬蘭出口至美國的所有商品加征10%關(guān)稅，加征關(guān)稅的稅率將從6月1日起提高至25%，直至就“完全、徹底購買格陵蘭島”達成協(xié)議。隨后，多國發(fā)表聲明回應(yīng)。

US President Donald Trump said Saturday that he would charge a 10 percent import tax starting in February on goods from eight European nations because of their opposition to American control of Greenland, setting up a potentially dangerous test of US partnerships in Europe.

Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Finland would face the tariff, Trump said in a social media post while at his golf club in West Palm Beach, Florida. The rate would climb to 25 percent on June 1 if no deal was in place for "the Complete and Total purchase of Greenland" by the United States, he said.

丹麥：美關(guān)稅政策“令人意外”

"The president's announcement comes as a surprise," Denmark's Foreign Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen said in a statement.

法國：關(guān)稅威脅不可接受

法國總統(tǒng)馬克龍當(dāng)天在社交媒體上表示，美國總統(tǒng)特朗普在法國支持格陵蘭島后發(fā)出的關(guān)稅威脅是“不可接受的”。

他說：“如果這些威脅得到證實，歐洲國家將以團結(jié)和協(xié)調(diào)的方式作出回應(yīng)。我們將捍衛(wèi)歐洲的主權(quán)。”馬克龍還表示，他將就此與其他歐洲伙伴進行溝通。

"Tariff threats are unacceptable and have no place in this context. Europeans will respond to them in a united and coordinated manner if they were to be confirmed," France's President Emmanuel Macron said on X.

德國：將與歐洲伙伴采取應(yīng)對措施

德國政府發(fā)言人斯特凡·科內(nèi)柳斯當(dāng)天表示，“德國政府已注意到美國總統(tǒng)的言論，并正與歐洲伙伴密切磋商，我們將共同決定在適當(dāng)時候采取適當(dāng)?shù)膽?yīng)對措施”。

In a statement, German government spokesperson Stefan Kornelius said that Berlin has taken note of the US president's comments.

Germany is in close coordination with its European partners and a decision on the appropriate response will be made jointly in due course, he said.

英國：美加征關(guān)稅的計劃“完全錯誤”

英國首相斯塔默17日發(fā)布聲明稱，美國威脅對歐洲多國加征關(guān)稅的舉措是“完全錯誤的”。他表示會就此事直接與美國政府交涉。

斯塔默同時強調(diào)，英國對格陵蘭島的立場非常明確——它是丹麥的一部分，它的未來應(yīng)由格陵蘭島人民和丹麥人民共同決定。

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer was unusually blunt in condemning Trump's threat, saying on X that his country would raise the issue directly with Washington.

"Applying tariffs on allies for pursuing the collective security of NATO allies is completely wrong," Starmer said.

歐盟委員會主席馮德萊恩、歐洲理事會主席科斯塔當(dāng)天在社交媒體發(fā)表聯(lián)合聲明稱，加征關(guān)稅將破壞跨大西洋關(guān)系，并可能導(dǎo)致危險的惡性循環(huán)。歐洲將繼續(xù)團結(jié)一致、協(xié)調(diào)一致，并致力于維護其主權(quán)。

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and European Council President Antonio Costa said in separate but identical posts on X that the European Union stood in "full solidarity" with Denmark and Greenland.

"Tariffs would undermine transatlantic relations and risk a dangerous downward spiral. Europe will remain united, coordinated, and committed to upholding its sovereignty," they said.

此外，瑞典、挪威、荷蘭、芬蘭等多國回應(yīng)表示不可接受。
