2025年12月，犯罪嫌疑人劉某某、喬某某自2023年2月起非法買賣煙花爆竹，累計金額達6萬余元。劉某某在綿山鎮外一養殖場非法儲存煙花爆竹908箱，喬某某在義棠鎮非法儲存344余箱，其行為涉嫌非法經營罪。目前，犯罪嫌疑人劉某某、喬某某已被依法采取刑事強制措施，對查獲的煙花爆竹依法扣押。該案仍在進一步偵查中。
