浙江天臺縣公安局2月3日發布警情通報：針對近期網絡關注的“夫妻網購娃娃菜中毒事件”，我局專案組開展了溯源調查，現場勘查，檢驗鑒定，調查走訪等工作。目前，陳某某，楊某夫妻因涉嫌敲詐勒索罪，已被我局依法采取刑事強制措施，案件正在進一步偵辦中。
