“太恐怖，iPhone半夜自己給陌生人打47分鐘電話！”

“嚇死了！我的iPhone凌晨兩點自己打電話！！”

2月25日，網友“一一啊！”在朋友圈寫下自己凌晨的一段經歷。

A wave of users has reported being startled awake after their iPhones unexpectedly placed outgoing calls during the night, raising concerns about a possible software malfunction.

“睡得正香，突然聽到一陣電話的背景音樂和語音‘您撥打的用戶暫時無人接聽’被驚醒。起來一看，竟然是我的手機自己在打電話，真的嚇懵了。馬上去社交平臺上查，有這個問題的人還不少，有人給出解決方案：升級系統。半夜里被嚇醒，升級系統，誰懂啊？”

該網友表示，當時手機在窗口的書桌上充電，鎖屏、關閉了網絡，開啟了睡眠模式，這個自動打出去的號碼是她白天撥打過的快遞小哥的號碼。“我的系統是iOS 26.1，沒有其他任何操作，真的半夜被嚇到，后背發涼！瞌睡都醒了。”

One user described the experience in a social media post on Wednesday morning, saying she was awakened by call audio and an automated message, only to discover that her phone had placed a call on its own.

The device had been charging on a desk with the screen locked, network connections turned off and sleep mode enabled. The call was made to a courier she had contacted earlier that day, despite no manual operation, while the phone was running iOS 26.1.

社交平臺上，有類似經歷的網友不少。

有網友說：“大半夜蘋果手機突然自己給別人打電話，打了47分鐘，把我嚇醒了！開了睡眠模式，手機放在床頭柜上，都沒有觸碰到手機，撥打的是400開頭的電話，是我中午一點半左右撥打過的，但是我后續還撥打了幾個其它的電話。400的機器人講了47分鐘，迷迷糊糊聽到有聲音就醒了，結果發現手機在打電話。太恐怖了！”

“3:19的時候，它自己打給了我保存在相冊的截圖里的電話，我被人家接通后的聲音驚醒了，我從來都沒有撥過這個電話，太嚇人了。”

“今天凌晨4點多自己打電話。對方還接了，一個男生說話，給我嚇死。”

“我是4:14，打給了陌生人，嚇死我了，一個人住，突然半夜有人說話……”

“我也是！剛剛打給了我的領導！給我嚇醒了！我在想明天怎么解釋，這也太恐怖了。”

“用了二十年蘋果了，第一回碰見這種情況，要嚇破膽了，我是鎖屏充電中給通話記錄第一個人打的。”

“剛剛經歷，凌晨1:54，電量97%，打給了公司一把手......”

Similar reports soon surfaced on social media. Some users said their phones connected to customer service hotlines for extended periods, including one case lasting 47 minutes, while others reported calls to unfamiliar numbers, supervisors or contacts saved only in screenshots.

Some users said they were awakened by voices after calls were answered, while others worried about explaining unexpected late-night calls to colleagues or employers.

當時也有人聯系了蘋果客服，給出的方案是強制重啟并更新到最新系統。

記者查詢發現，去年11月就有多名用戶在社交平臺反映，更新iPhone手機至iOS 26.0.1版本后，手機在鎖屏狀態下半夜自動撥打電話給陌生人，被呼叫對象包括快遞員、商家客服等。部分未更新至最新系統的老款iPhone也出現了類似問題。

Users who contacted customer support said they were advised to restart their devices and update the software. Similar complaints had appeared as early as November last year following updates to iOS 26.0.1, with some older models also reportedly affected.

網友“一一啊！”咨詢了蘋果Apple專家，Apple專家表示，建議將系統升級到iOS 26.3，“最新的系統是可以修復異常的”。網友表示了自己對賬戶安全的擔心，Apple專家表示跟賬戶沒有關系。

Apple專家還建議前往“設置 — 面容ID與密碼”界面，關閉以下幾個選項，如果還是異常，可再聯系升級到工程部調查。

Technical specialists from Apple recommended updating to iOS 26.3, saying the issue was unrelated to account security. Users were also advised to disable several related features, with unresolved cases to be escalated to the company's engineering team for further investigation.
