Persons who violate the following regulations shall be subject to corresponding fines:

Allowing unauthorized personnel to enter the facility (1,000 - 10,000)

Failure to properly safeguard equipment (5,000 - 10,000)

Sleeping, reading newspapers, or failing to stand guard during duty (10,000 - 50,000)

Drinking alcohol (10,000 - 100,000)

Being drunk (50,000 - 100,000)

Deserting the security post (100,000)
