4月23日，國際油價劇烈波動，ICE布油、WTI原油盤中翻紅，最高漲超4%而后回落，截至17:35左右，再度拉升，目前ICE布油、WTI原油均漲近2%，紐約原油暗盤漲超4.5%；ICE布油日內振幅達5.2%，WTI原油振幅4.5%。
