一、項目背景 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

緣起，與山水為伴：崇左，一座隱藏在中越邊境線上的避世小城。這里翠竹繞岸，農舍點綴，獨木橋橫，稻穗搖曳，農夫荷鋤，牧童戲水，風光俊朗清逸，極富南國田園氣息，山河為鄰，野有大美。我們希望在崇左的自然山水間尋覓理想的生活之樂，解讀慢旅中的田園詩意，發掘這座邊境小城更多的隱世之美。

廣西崇左秘境麗世度假村及別墅，正坐落于自然風景優美的崇左市大新縣明仕村，被美麗而獨特的喀斯特地貌群山環抱，依偎于蜿蜒的明仕河畔。這是麗世酒店管理集團在中國的第一家度假村，一經面世，便斬獲27項酒店業大獎及8項國內外設計大獎。

The origin, accompanied by mountains and waters: Chongzuo, a secluded small city hidden on the border between China and Vietnam. Here, green bamboo winds around the banks, farmhouses are dotted here and there, single-log Bridges stretch across, rice ears sway gently, farmers carry hoes, and shepherd children play in the water. The scenery is handsome and elegant, full of the rural charm of the south. Surrounded by mountains and rivers, the wild is vast and beautiful. We hope to seek the ideal joy of life in the natural landscapes of Chongzuo, interpret the pastoral poetry in slow travel, and discover more hidden beauty of this small border city.

The Secret Realm Lishi Resort & Villas in Chongzuo, Guangxi is located in Mingshi Village, Daxin County, Chongzuo City, which is surrounded by beautiful and unique karst landform mountains and nestled along the meandering Mingshi River. This is the first resort of Lishi Hotel Management Group in China. Once it was launched, it won 27 hotel industry awards and 8 domestic and international design awards.

二、設計理念 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

項目充分考慮了場地的山水自然條件，遵循“自然優先”的設計原則和“以小見大，以少為多”的設計構想，強調建筑與自然的共生共融。攫取當地的風光與場景，通過依山就勢的總體布局和起承轉合的空間營造，從規劃上最大可能地為建筑空間爭取大面寬長景深，避開近山的壓迫感，巧用框景、對景、借景等設計手法，趣味性地把霞光溢彩、田園風光與建筑朝向完美結合。建筑低調平和，隱匿于山水之間。但自然山水就像一幅畫卷引入建筑空間，無所不在。

設計敏銳地捕捉到自然環境，尊重原始地貌與植被，創造多層次化的空間，從芭蕉棧橋到架空梯廳，上至二層平臺轉向酒店大堂，再到空中游廊，一步一景，步步有景。原生的植被在建筑中穿插，使建筑在景觀中自然生長，景觀在建筑中延續。一切的設計，都是為人在建筑不同的空間中行走而獲得非凡體驗感。在開敞的山水環境中，我們更多強調由內而外的視覺效果。從大堂、餐廳，到客房、衛生間等，每一個空間都以“建筑為框，山水為畫”，讓疲于城市喧囂的旅客，在這里找到屬于自己的一方天地、一方純凈。

The project fully takes into account the natural conditions of the site's mountains and waters, adheres to the design principle of "nature first" and the design concept of "seeing the big picture through the small and achieving more with less", emphasizing the symbiotic integration of architecture and nature. By seizing the local scenery and scenes, and through the overall layout that follows the terrain and the spatial creation that transitions from beginning to end, the planning maximizes the creation of a wide and long depth of field for the architectural space, avoiding the oppressive feeling of being close to the mountains. Skillfully using design techniques such as framing, facing, and borrowing views, it ingeniously combines the dazzling afterglow, rural scenery, and the orientation of the building. The building is low-key and peaceful, hidden among the mountains and waters. But the natural landscape is like a painting introduced into the architectural space, omnipresent.

The design keenly captures the natural environment, respects the original topography and vegetation, and creates a multi-level space. From the banana bridge to the elevated staircase hall, up to the second-floor platform leading to the hotel lobby, and then to the sky walkway, every step reveals a new scene, with each step presenting a new view. The original vegetation is interspersed in the building, allowing the building to grow naturally in the landscape and the landscape to continue in the building. All designs are aimed at providing people with extraordinary experiences as they walk through different Spaces of the building. In an open landscape environment, we place more emphasis on the visual effect from the inside out. From the lobby and restaurant to guest rooms and restrooms, every space is framed by architecture and painted by mountains and waters, allowing travelers tired of the hustle and bustle of the city to find their own paradise and purity here.

三、空間調性 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

35米長的無邊泳池和梯田式的景觀設計，使泳池水景和自然河面渾然一體，破除了建筑和自然的結構界限。泳池的長邊正對落日的方向，在這里可以讓人無遮擋的飽覽日落美景，夜晚的泳池星星燈更是使游客恍如置身于繁星點點倒影之間。公用功能區，如首層會客廳、健身房、露天星空吧、美食餐廳等活動場所未做硬性分割，而是一系列共享開放、自由靈動的空間，并讓變化的光影、茂盛的樹木、清新的空氣等自然元素成為空間的主角。

在這片自然饋贈的美景中，我們遵循一個立足點，將建筑、景觀融入在地文化，嘗試透過不同的表達方式與手法，提升沉浸式體驗感、場景感。項目所在區域是黑衣壯的聚集地，當地民居多為石木結構干欄式建筑。在度假村的入口處，我們收集當地廢舊石材木料，重構了一個古樸自然的迎賓區，作為展示給旅客的第一印象，以感受和體驗壯鄉文化。

The 35-meter-long infinity pool and terraced landscape design make the pool water feature blend seamlessly with the natural river surface, breaking the structural boundary between architecture and nature. The long side of the swimming pool faces the direction of the setting sun. Here, visitors can enjoy the beautiful sunset without any obstruction. At night, the pool's star lights make visitors feel as if they were among the reflections of countless stars.

The public functional areas, such as the reception room on the ground floor, the gym, the open-air starry sky bar, and the gourmet restaurant, are not rigidly divided. Instead, they are a series of shared, open, free and dynamic Spaces, with changing light and shadow, lush trees, fresh air and other natural elements becoming the main characters of the space. In this beautiful landscape bestowed by nature, we adhere to a starting point, integrating architecture and landscapes into the local culture, and attempting to enhance the immersive experience and scene sense through various expression methods and techniques. The area where the project is located is a gathering place for black-clad men, and most of the local residences are stilt houses made of stone and wood. At the entrance of the resort, we collected local waste stone and wood materials and reconstructed a simple and natural welcoming area as the first impression presented to the guests, allowing them to feel and experience the Zhuang ethnic culture.

度假村的建筑主體借鑒了壯族傳統吊腳樓的特色元素，形成架空、懸挑的建筑形態。墻體大面積使用了當地的石材和清水混凝土，舍去多余的裝飾，突顯材料本身的色澤和肌理，以弱化室內外的界限，表現簡約時尚、大氣優雅之美。

當地植被資源十分豐富，設計大量利用當地原始的景觀元素及材料，還原當地自然及人文景觀的個性特點，力求打造田園野趣的景觀風貌，并盡可能保存原有的自然棲息地和生態系統。將田間地頭的生根石用作景觀石，水岸邊配置水稻、海芋、大野芋群落等地域性植物，地被綠化選取春羽、毛蕨、柊葉、青箱等，喬灌木則以香樟、楓香、木棉、香蕉、黃皮、樸樹為主，同時利用墻、桿、欄栽植如爬山虎等藤本植物，共同形成多種類、多層次的植物群落，營造純粹而質樸的田園情懷。

The main building of the resort draws on the characteristic elements of the traditional Zhuang stilt houses, forming an elevated and cantilevered architectural form. The walls extensively use local stone and fair-faced concrete, discarding superfluous decorations to highlight the natural color and texture of the materials, thereby weakening the boundary between the interior and exterior and presenting a simple, fashionable, grand and elegant beauty.

The local vegetation resources are extremely rich. The design makes extensive use of the local original landscape elements and materials to restore the unique characteristics of the local natural and cultural landscapes. It strives to create a landscape style of rural charm and preserve the original natural habitats and ecosystems as much as possible. The root stones at the edge of the field will be used as landscape stones, and the waterside will be planted with local plants such as rice, arum, and alocasia. The ground cover will be planted with spring grass, fern, 柊 leaf, and cypress. The trees and shrubs will be camphor, sweet gum, kapok, banana, yellow bark, and Chinese tree. At the same time, the walls, poles, and railings will be planted with vines such as ivy to form a multi-species and multi-layered plant community. Create a pure and simple rural sentiment.
