一、項目背景 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

西安，千年長安，曾是世界文明的璀璨中心，古絲綢之路的起點，歷史與文化交融的瑰寶。巍峨城墻見證了王朝更迭，街巷樓閣承載著千年余韻。而央辰酒店，正靜立于這片承載厚重歷史的土地之上，以16間精致客房，與這座城市的脈搏共鳴。

酒店選址西安新城區皇城坊，位于古城墻東北角，步行可至古都長安的歷史遺存——明城墻城樓。這里既是歷史的舞臺，亦是當代都市的律動之地。建筑的設計初衷，是在這片古韻悠長的土地上，以建筑空間語言書寫一首古今交織的詩篇。設計以“時空容器”為概念，將十三朝古都的厚重歷史轉化為可感知的空間敘事。我們探尋傳統文化的溫度，將其融入當代美學，打破時空的界限，在光影交錯間流露出東方的雅致韻律，讓旅人得以在此感受一場超越時間的沉浸之旅。

Xi 'an, the thousand-year-old Chang 'an, was once the brilliant center of world civilization, the starting point of the ancient Silk Road, and a treasure where history and culture blend. The majestic city walls have witnessed the rise and fall of dynasties, while the streets, alleys and pavilions carry the charm of a thousand years. And the Central Chen Hotel stands quietly on this land that bears a profound history, resonating with the pulse of this city with its 16 exquisite guest rooms.

The hotel is located in Huangchengfang, the new district of Xi 'an, at the northeast corner of the ancient city wall. It is within walking distance of the historical relics of the ancient capital Chang 'an - the Ming City Wall Tower. This place is not only the stage of history but also the dynamic land of contemporary cities. The original design intention of the building is to write a poem interwoven with the past and the present on this land with a long history of ancient charm through the language of architectural space. The design takes the concept of a "container of time and space", transforming the profound history of the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties into a perceptible spatial narrative. We explore the warmth of traditional culture, integrate it into contemporary aesthetics, break the boundaries of time and space, and reveal the elegant rhythm of the East in the interplay of light and shadow, allowing travelers to experience an immersive journey that transcends time here.

二、設計理念 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

我們始終尊重建筑的在地性與當代性，央辰酒店的設計亦延續了這一理念。我們希望創造一個“傳統美學中的現代生活方式”—— 一座可被感知的歷史詩篇，亦是一隅可被體驗的都市避世之境。

漫步于長安古都，目光掠過青磚黛瓦、絲竹鼓瑟、雕梁畫棟，點滴斑駁的歷史碎片化作靈感，在空間中徐徐展開。我們以老木、天然石材、染布等傳統材料為媒介，用當代建筑語言賦予其新的生命力，使材質、色彩、光影彼此交融，營造出沉靜而富有層次的空間氛圍。在這里，古城的厚重與現代的簡約共存，繁華與寧靜交織，為旅人構筑一方遠離塵囂的心靈棲息地。

We have always respected the local and contemporary nature of architecture, and the design of the Central Chen Hotel also continues this concept. We hope to create a "modern lifestyle in traditional aesthetics" - a historical poem that can be perceived, as well as a secluded urban retreat that can be experienced.

Wandering through the ancient capital of Chang 'an, the gaze sweeps over the blue bricks and black tiles, the sound of silk and bamboo, and the carved beams and painted pillars. The fragmented and mottled historical scenes are transformed into inspiration, gradually unfolding in the space. We use traditional materials such as old wood, natural stone and dyed fabric as media, and endow them with new vitality through contemporary architectural language, allowing the materials, colors and light and shadow to blend with each other, creating a quiet and layered spatial atmosphere. Here, the weightiness of the ancient city coexists with the simplicity of modernity, and the hustle and bustle interweave with tranquility, creating a spiritual haven for travelers far from the hustle and bustle.

三、室內空間 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

室內空間的屋頂延續了中國古典建筑的坡屋頂元素，自然光沿著弧線緩緩灑落，為簡約的空間勾勒出一層溫潤的光暈。入口處的粗糲石材前臺，與兩側陳列的陶器藝術品形成對話。粗獷與細膩交織，展現時間沉淀的美感。

酒店的公共空間宛如一座沉浸式的文化展廳，收藏著西安的地域文化與藝術氣息。名匠手作的黑釉瓷器、當代藝術畫作、古木裝置，甚至是供旅人靜心翻閱的歷史書籍，都使古都文化不再是遙遠的印記，而是觸手可及的日常體驗。下沉式的中庭花園及其環繞的休閑區域，為旅客賦予了對自然和寧靜的全新闡釋。季節性花卉彩繪與水景荷花相呼應，勾勒出一方避世之所。簡潔、古典且安寧的中庭花園具備讓人迅速擺脫城市日常紛擾的能力——于潺潺流水聲中放松身心。

一樓茶室，置身于古木長桌之側。一盞清茗在指間浮沉，歲月流轉，仿佛可嗅見歷史的溫度。茶室與下沉式中庭花園相連，空間在室內與戶外的交匯中生發出自然的松弛感。四時更替，春日新綠，夏季荷花，秋冬枯枝與暖爐相映，是一方靜謐而富有生機的棲息地。

我們以建筑空間語言串聯時間的脈絡，讓歷史與現代在空間中交錯共生。這里沒有標本式的歷史復刻，只有將十三朝文脈轉化為可觸摸的當代語法：在夯土肌理中觸摸黃土高原的脈搏，從黑釉冰裂里聽見鈞窯開片的清音，于竹編光影間重走絲綢之路的星軌。這座酒店不僅是旅途中的停駐之地，更是一座讓人感知時間溫度的居所。

The roof of the interior space continues the pitched roof element of traditional Chinese architecture. Natural light slowly spills along the arc, outlining a warm halo for the simple space. The rough stone front desk at the entrance forms a dialogue with the pottery artworks displayed on both sides. The interweaving of ruggedness and delicacy showcases the beauty that has been refined over time.

The public space of the hotel is like an immersive cultural exhibition hall, collecting the regional culture and artistic atmosphere of Xi 'an. The black glazed porcelain handcrafted by master craftsmen, contemporary art paintings, ancient wood installations, and even historical books for travelers to read in peace, all make the culture of the ancient capital no longer a distant mark but a daily experience within easy reach.

The sunken atrium garden and the surrounding leisure area offer visitors a brand-new interpretation of nature and tranquility. Seasonal floral paintings echo the water feature lotus flowers, outlining a secluded haven. The simple, classical and peaceful atrium garden has the ability to quickly escape the daily hustle and bustle of the city - to relax the body and mind amid the gurgling sound of flowing water. The tea room on the first floor is located beside an ancient wooden long table. A cup of clear tea floats and sinks between the fingers. As time goes by, it seems as if one can sense the warmth of history. The tea room is connected to the sunken atrium garden, and the space gives off a natural sense of relaxation at the intersection of the indoor and outdoor. The seasons change, with fresh greenery in spring, lotus flowers in summer, and withered branches and warm stoves in autumn and winter, creating a quiet and vibrant habitat.

We use the language of architectural space to connect the veins of time, allowing history and modernity to coexist and interweave in space. Here, there is no specimen replication of history. Only the cultural heritage of the thirteen dynasties has been transformed into tangible contemporary grammar: feeling the pulse of the Loess Plateau in the texture of rammed earth, hearing the clear sound of Jun kiln cracking from the black glaze ice cracks, and retracing the star trails of the Silk Road in the interplay of bamboo weaving light and shadow. This hotel is not only a stopover during the journey, but also a residence that allows one to sense the warmth of time.
