長(zhǎng)江之南，太湖之畔——龍城常州，一個(gè)擁有3200多年歷史的江南文化旅游名城。這里氣候濕潤(rùn)，水土肥沃，自古就是盛產(chǎn)水稻的寶地。

南宋詩(shī)人陸游路過(guò)常州奔牛閘，被孟河兩岸金黃水稻美景所折服，寫下“蘇常熟，天下足”的贊譽(yù)。如今，常州孟河畔的東南村不僅“稻香美景”猶在，更因?yàn)樵诘咎锢锓N出“江蘇最好吃的大米”，而遠(yuǎn)近聞名。稻田理想是隱居鄉(xiāng)里入駐華東地區(qū)首個(gè)在地共生項(xiàng)目，第二十個(gè)鄉(xiāng)村改造項(xiàng)目，由常州美麗壹號(hào)鄉(xiāng)村實(shí)業(yè)投資有限公司投資開(kāi)發(fā)，隱居鄉(xiāng)里負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)營(yíng)的高端精品民宿，也是常州東南村“美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)”的一個(gè)重要組成部分。

South of the Yangtze River and beside Taihu Lake - Longcheng Changzhou, a famous cultural and tourism city in the south of the Yangtze River with a history of over 3,200 years. The climate here is humid and the soil is fertile. It has been a treasure land for rice production since ancient times.

Lu You, a poet of the Southern Song Dynasty, passed by the Benniu Sluice Gate in Changzhou and was so impressed by the golden rice fields on both banks of the Meng River that he wrote the praise, "Suzhou, Changshu, the world is full." Today, Dongnan Village by the Meng River in Changzhou not only retains its "beautiful scenery of rice fragrance", but also becomes well-known far and wide for growing "the most delicious rice in Jiangsu" in its rice fields. Rice Field Ideal is the first local symbiotic project and the 20th rural renovation project of Yinhuxiangli in East China. It is a high-end boutique homestay invested and developed by Changzhou Meili No.1 Rural Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. and designed and operated by Yinhuxiangli. It is also an important part of the "Beautiful Village Construction" in Dongnan Village, Changzhou.

一、江蘇常州 ·稻田理想

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

作為常州市“新農(nóng)村建設(shè)示范村”，東南村家家戶戶依水而居魚(yú)米相伴，在喧囂的都市外獨(dú)守一方靜逸，衣食起居都與村里的水土相連。每年春天，村里兩千畝田地上，油菜花爭(zhēng)相開(kāi)放，似一張巨型花毯鋪在一望無(wú)際的田野。如今的東南村，千畝良田春華秋實(shí)，池魚(yú)飛鳥(niǎo)生機(jī)盎然。整潔有序的街道和勤勞善良的村民，讓東南村成為喧囂都市外的又一片世外桃源，刻畫(huà)出新時(shí)代理想田園生活的美好藍(lán)圖，“稻田理想”一名，也由此而來(lái)！

稻田理想精品民宿共四座獨(dú)棟小院和一間咖啡廳。院前是農(nóng)家魚(yú)塘，倒映房屋草木。院旁是蔥蘢繁茂的草坪綠樹(shù)，清晨陽(yáng)光穿過(guò)樹(shù)枝透過(guò)薄霧，把陽(yáng)光灑在墻壁屋檐，光影斑駁星星點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，自然渲染出小橋、流水、人家的詩(shī)意鄉(xiāng)村生活意境。在詩(shī)意如畫(huà)的江南水鄉(xiāng)，稻田理想將自然景觀和建筑設(shè)計(jì)完美融合。波浪形屋頂，南北向錯(cuò)動(dòng)形成了一個(gè)天際線豐富的小型建筑群落，從遠(yuǎn)處看就像一本本扣立在稻田上的書(shū)本，白墻青瓦連綿起伏，光影交錯(cuò)相互輝映。

As a "New Rural Construction Demonstration Village" in Changzhou City, every household in Dongnan Village lives by the water, with fish and rice living together. Outside the hustle and bustle of the city, they have a quiet and peaceful place. Their daily life, including clothing, food and living, is all closely related to the water and soil of the village. Every spring, on the two thousand mu of fields in the village, rape flowers bloom in competition, like a huge flower carpet spread across the boundless fields. Today, in Dongnan Village, thousands of acres of fertile land bear fruit in spring and autumn, and the fish and birds in the ponds are full of vitality. The clean and orderly streets and the hardworking and kind villagers have made Dongnan Village another paradise beyond the hustle and bustle of the city, painting a beautiful blueprint of an ideal rural life in the new era. The name "Rice Field Ideal" originated from this!

The Rice Field Ideal Boutique Homestay consists of four standalone courtyards and a coffee shop. In front of the courtyard is a farm fishpond, reflecting the houses and plants. Beside the courtyard are lush lawns and green trees. In the early morning, sunlight filters through the branches and the mist, casting its rays on the walls and eaves. The dappled and scattered light and shadow naturally create a poetic rural life scene of small Bridges, flowing water and houses. In the poetic and picturesque water towns of Jiangnan, Rice Field Ideal perfectly integrates natural landscapes with architectural design. The wavy roofs, moving from north to south, form a small architectural complex with a rich skyline. From a distance, it looks like books standing on the rice fields, with white walls and blue tiles undulating continuously, and the interplay of light and shadow complementing each other.

稻田理想利落的條形走向，沒(méi)有繁冗修飾。簡(jiǎn)單曲線分割，錯(cuò)落有序布局，將院子自然形成了前、中、后三進(jìn)院落。遠(yuǎn)觀，與鄉(xiāng)村小橋、流水和諧相處。入院，移步換景，處處皆寫意。走過(guò)鄉(xiāng)村石橋，稻田理想便映入眼前。沿著正門前草坪中一條石子小道進(jìn)入前院，原木欄桿半遮半掩，或水流或綠草做景觀，上方為一塊長(zhǎng)方形天窗，引細(xì)雨和風(fēng)入院，水鄉(xiāng)氣質(zhì)自然流露。院內(nèi)還種有一棵綠樹(shù)向上而生，一年四季與院子同呼吸共“生長(zhǎng)”。拾級(jí)而上，置身樓梯、走廊或臥室觀景窗，每一個(gè)角度都能看到不一樣的景致。

The ideal strip-shaped layout of the rice field is neat and tidy, without any superfluous embellishments. The simple curve division and the orderly and staggered layout naturally form three courtyards at the front, middle and back of the courtyard. From a distance, it coexists harmoniously with the small Bridges and flowing water in the countryside. Upon admission, the scenery changes with every step, and everywhere is full of charm. Crossing the stone bridge in the countryside, the ideal of rice fields comes into view. Entering the front yard along a pebble path on the lawn in front of the main entrance, the wooden railings are half-hidden, with water flowing or green grass as the landscape. Above is a rectangular skylight, which brings in fine rain and wind, naturally exuding the charm of a water town. There is also a green tree growing upwards in the courtyard, breathing and "growing" together with the yard all year round. Climb up the steps, stand in the staircase, corridor or the viewing window of the bedroom, and from every Angle, you can see a different view.

二、空間美學(xué)

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

毗鄰廣袤田園最近的房子，是稻田理想西側(cè)寬敞明亮的稻田咖啡廳。門前一條小路伸向稻田深處，旁邊是綠地草坪。格子鏤空墻，陽(yáng)光穿過(guò)墻體，透過(guò)玻璃窗照在咖啡桌上，氤氳的咖啡香味，伴著屋檐上叮叮當(dāng)當(dāng)?shù)膼偠L(fēng)鈴聲，為你營(yíng)造恬淡的午后時(shí)光。

民宿像一本本展開(kāi)的書(shū)本，扣立于湖光花田之中，青瓦白墻，獨(dú)為一體。從外到內(nèi)，從白天到黑夜，在光與影中，感知它設(shè)計(jì)上的美；在一進(jìn)一出，扶梯與天臺(tái)之間，感知空間的自如切換；在鷺鳴魚(yú)歡，倒影與人家之間，感知這里行云流水的詩(shī)意生活。

The nearest house to the vast farmland is the spacious and bright rice field Cafe on the west side of Rice Field Ideal. A small path stretches deep into the rice field in front of the door, with green lawns beside it. The latticed and hollowed-out walls allow sunlight to filter through the glass Windows and fall on the coffee table. The aroma of coffee wafts through the air, accompanied by the pleasant jingling of wind chimes on the eaves, creating a serene afternoon for you.

The homestays are like open books, standing among the lakeside and flower fields, with blue tiles and white walls, forming a unique whole. From the outside in, from day to night, perceive the beauty of its design in the interplay of light and shadow. Between the entrance and exit, the escalator and the rooftop, perceive the free switching of space. Amidst the chirping of egrets and the joy of fish, as well as the reflections and the people living here, one can sense the poetic life that flows like water and clouds.
