本周我們學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)業(yè)相關(guān)的詞匯

1. scratch/skr?t?/

n. 刮痕; 劃痕

搭配：from scratch 從零開始[不依賴任何已有的資源或優(yōu)勢]

e.g. My parents built their business from scratch, starting with nothing but a tiny rented shop and a strong work ethic.

e.g. He moved to a new city and built a business from scratch without any connections or family support.

其他補(bǔ)充：scratch the surface 只觸及表面、未深入了解

e.g. Although we finished the report, we really only scratched the surface of the issue.

2. self-made /'self'meid/

adj. 靠自己奮斗成功的;(尤指)白手起家的

e.g. He’s a self-made entrepreneur who started his career with no money and no connections.

e.g. She became a self-made millionaire through years of hard work and smart financial decisions.

類似表達(dá)：grassroots [N-PLURAL 復(fù)數(shù)名詞] 草根階層

e.g. She comes from a grassroots family, but her determination helped her climb the social ladder.

e.g. He is a grassroots entrepreneur who built his business from scratch.

3. entrepreneur /??ntr?pr?'n??/

n. 企業(yè)家

e.g. My cousin is a self-made entrepreneur who started his company from scratch with very limited resources.

e.g. Entrepreneurs drive innovation and contribute significantly to economic growth.

補(bǔ)充：innovation 創(chuàng)新

adj. entrepreneurial /??ntr?pr??n??ri?l/有創(chuàng)業(yè)精神的；具有企業(yè)家特質(zhì)的

e.g. She has a very entrepreneurial mindset and is always looking for new business opportunities.

e.g. The company encourages an entrepreneurial culture where employees are free to experiment with new ideas.

補(bǔ)充：mindset n. 心態(tài)；思維模式

4. successor/s?k'ses?/

n. 接任者;繼承者

搭配: choose/ appoint / groom a successor 選擇/委任/培養(yǎng)接班人

e.g. She was appointed as the successor due to her outstanding leadership.

e.g. He spent years grooming his son as the successor to the family business.

n. succession 繼任權(quán)；繼任

e.g. Succession planning is crucial for the long-term stability of family-run businesses.
