根據空氣質量會商結果，預計從12月17日起，天津市將出現一次污染過程。按照《天津市重污染天氣應急預案》有關規定，經天津市人民政府批準，天津市重污染天氣應急指揮部發布重污染天氣橙色預警，從12月17日零時起啟動Ⅱ級應急響應。
