Interpreting Torquay Garden House through material poetry, it blends nature with elegance. Nestled on Victoria’s Surf Coast, the fa?ade weaves copper, brick and timber into a timeless composition. Copper evolves with the coastal climate—from deep brown to weathered blue, then greenish patina—protecting itself while telling a story of time. Handmade La Paloma Grande Miro bricks add texture, grounding the home in its surroundings, a harmonious dialogue between man-made artistry and natural elements.

以材質詩意解讀托基花園住宅，其將自然與優雅完美相融。住宅坐落于維多利亞州沖浪海岸，外立面將銅、磚石與木材編織成永恒的構圖。銅材隨海岸氣候漸變 —— 從深棕到風化藍，再到青綠色包漿 —— 既自我防護，又訴說著時光故事。手工制作的拉帕洛馬格蘭德米羅磚增添了質感，讓住宅扎根于周邊環境，實現了人工技藝與自然元素的和諧對話。

The private courtyard garden is the soul of the design, drawing living spaces into its lush embrace. Single-storey layout wraps around this green focal point, with seamless connections to the rear deck. Indoor areas flow outward naturally, blurring the line between inside and out—morning coffee on the deck, afternoon reading amid courtyard greenery, or evening gatherings bathed in soft twilight. This spatial arrangement fosters immersion in nature, turning daily life into a serene retreat from the hustle.

Bedrooms positioned at the front offer peaceful seclusion from living areas, with the master suite framing views of the courtyard. Soft timbers and neutral walls create a calm backdrop, letting art and greenery take center stage—every corner exudes a sense of refined tranquility tailored to modern family life.
