據(jù)甘肅組工網(wǎng)1月22日消息，日前，省委決定：劉凱同志任白銀市委書記。劉凱，1983年7月生，河南濮陽人，北京大學哲學系畢業(yè)，研究生文化程度，哲學博士。
曾任甘肅靈臺縣委副書記、縣長，平?jīng)鍪形Ｎ㈧`臺縣委書記等職。
2021年7月，劉凱履新嘉峪關市委副書記，后兼任市委統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部部長等職，同年11月出任嘉峪關市委副書記、代市長，后去代轉(zhuǎn)正。
