1月27日，針對此前有門店被指將掉落地上的面包撿起來繼續售賣，好利來官方小程序客服回復稱，經自查，本批次產品門店已全部銷毀。公司始終嚴令禁止銷售殘次、污染類產品，對此次事件深感抱歉與自責，后續將加強培訓，杜絕此類問題再次發生。
