騎手拍攝“臟外賣”引熱議，網(wǎng)友：建議全國(guó)推廣！

你聽(tīng)說(shuō)過(guò)“幽靈外賣”嗎？近日，河南鄭州市市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理局推出“鄭騎先鋒隨手拍”，發(fā)動(dòng)外賣騎手隨手拍下“幽靈外賣”亂象舉報(bào)。

“幽靈外賣”是指沒(méi)有堂食場(chǎng)地或已關(guān)門倒閉，卻通過(guò)租借證照、使用虛假地址、偽造門店照片等手段，在外賣平臺(tái)上偽裝成“正規(guī)店鋪”繼續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)的商家。線上的光鮮亮麗掩蓋了線下“臟亂差”的食品安全隱患。

A hidden risk has emerged in the fast-growing food delivery industry: "ghost kitchens". These are food vendors that operate online without real physical premises.

By using borrowed business licenses, fake addresses, and manipulated photos, they present themselves as legitimate restaurants while concealing potential food safety hazards behind polished digital profiles.

這項(xiàng)新舉措被媒體報(bào)道后引發(fā)大量網(wǎng)友點(diǎn)贊：

有網(wǎng)友表示，“都是為了餐飲業(yè)良性發(fā)展”，希望在全國(guó)普及；

有餐飲從業(yè)者發(fā)聲支持，“我是干餐飲的，支持這樣干”；

有網(wǎng)友在支持的同時(shí)，也表達(dá)了對(duì)外賣騎手的關(guān)心，“請(qǐng)保護(hù)好騎手個(gè)人隱私”。

2025年12月26日，“鄭騎先鋒隨手拍”正式上線，鼓勵(lì)騎手舉報(bào)問(wèn)題線索，一經(jīng)查實(shí)，給予騎手50元獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

一位參與舉報(bào)的騎手坦言：“我主動(dòng)反映問(wèn)題并不是為了獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，是因?yàn)槲业募胰艘渤酝赓u。”

To address the problem, Zhengzhou in Henan province launched the "Rider Reporting Platform" on Dec 26, 2025. The program encourages food delivery riders to photograph and report suspicious operations, offering a reward of 50 yuan for each verified case.

For many riders, however, the motivation goes beyond financial incentives. One participant said, "I'm not doing this for the reward. I report these places because my own family orders food delivery too."

截至目前，鄭州已有8000多名外賣騎手注冊(cè)“隨手拍”，化身食品安全監(jiān)督員，參與打擊“幽靈外賣”。

Since its launch, more than 8,000 delivery riders in Zhengzhou have registered as voluntary food safety monitors under the rider-led online reporting system.

The system turns everyday riders into frontline safeguards of public health, helping ensure that online listings reflect kitchens that are clean, safe, and legitimate.

民以食為天，食以安為先。期待好的做法早日在更多城市推廣，期待每一份送到手中的外賣，都藏著安心與溫暖。
