平頂山打人夫妻，被逮捕

2月24日，就河南平頂山郟縣茨芭鎮一女孩遭一對夫婦當街毆打一事，郟縣政府網站發布《關于劉某飛等涉嫌尋釁滋事案件情況的通報》。

A couple in central China has been arrested after allegedly assaulting several people, including a teenage girl, following a traffic dispute that sparked widespread public concern.

2026年2月19日晚，郟縣茨芭鎮衛生院門口路段發生一起因二輪電動車相撞引發的尋釁滋事、毆打他人案件，造成惡劣社會影響。省、市、縣高度重視，公安機關迅速行動、全力偵辦，現將案件進展情況通報如下：

According to an official statement released Tuesday by authorities in Jiaxian county, Henan province, the incident occurred at about 7:40 pm on Feb 19 near a township hospital in Ciba town.

2026年2月19日19時40分，丁某樂（女，15歲）與其弟丁某洛（男，12歲）騎二輪電動車到茨芭鎮東坡東路一零食店購買零食，途中與騎二輪電動車的楊某（女，65歲）碰撞，雙方發生口角。楊某電話聯系其子劉某飛前來現場。

19時45分，劉某飛與妻子韓某娜到達現場后，誤認為在場人員郭某（女，27歲）、張某凡（女，38歲）、薛某源（男，15歲）辱罵其母，遂對三人進行毆打。發現打錯人后，又對丁某樂進行毆打。19時48分，郟縣茨芭派出所接派警后，迅速出警趕赴現場進行處置，將劉某飛和韓某娜傳喚至派出所進行調查。

A 15-year-old girl and her 12-year-old brother collided with a 65-year-old woman while riding an electric bicycle, triggering a dispute. The woman called her son, who arrived with his wife and allegedly assaulted several bystanders after mistakenly believing they had insulted his mother. After realizing the mistake, the couple then attacked the teenage girl involved in the collision before police arrived and took them in for investigation.

事發后，受害者被送往郟縣中醫院就診。2月22日，丁某樂經鑒定構成輕傷二級，目前正在接受治療，傷情穩定；薛某源經門診診治無需住院于2月20日離院；郭某、張某凡經住院治療于2月23日出院。

The injured were taken to hospital for treatment. A medical assessment found the girl had sustained second-degree minor injuries and remained in stable condition. One victim required only outpatient care, while two others were hospitalized and later discharged.

經查，犯罪嫌疑人劉某飛，男，42歲，郟縣茨芭鎮劉村人，個體工商業者；韓某娜，女，42歲，郟縣茨芭鎮劉村人，無業。2月21日，郟縣公安局對犯罪嫌疑人劉某飛、韓某娜采取刑事強制措施；2月24日，郟縣人民檢察院以涉嫌“尋釁滋事罪”對劉某飛、韓某娜批準逮捕。

Police identified the suspects as a 42-year-old self-employed businessman and his wife, also 42 but unemployed. Criminal measures were imposed on Saturday, and prosecutors approved their arrest on Tuesday on suspicion of "picking quarrels and provoking trouble".
