平潭綜合實驗區綜合執法與應急管理局危險化學品安全監督管理處原處長肖先備涉嫌受賄罪一案，由平潭縣監察委員會調查終結，移送檢察機關審查起訴。日前，平潭檢察院依法以涉嫌受賄罪對肖先備作出逮捕決定，該案正在進一步辦理中。
