Water activities and water-related leisure are increasingly becoming popular recreational choice. Recently, the River Chief Research Institute of Guangdong Research Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower (the "River Chief Research Institute" for short) officially released the "Research Report on the Hydrophilic Index Indicator System of Rivers and Lakes in Guangdong Province".

The report expands and innovates the concept of the hydrophilic index in the field of chemistry. It primarily evaluates waterfront public spaces such as blue paths, wetland parks, and water scenic areas. It contains an evaluation system with 23 indicators based on five criteria: hydrophilic comfort index, ecological health index, safety and convenience index, popularity and vitality index, and demonstration effect index. The report also includes a scoring standard table based on practical considerations.

The “hydrophilic index” quantitatively and objectively evaluates the ecological environment conditions of the evaluation objects, as well as the public's firsthand experience of various water activities. Compared to other professional indices such as water quality indices, the hydrophilic index emphasizes its "people-oriented" attribute. It translates various professional data evaluations into comprehensive evaluation levels that are easy to understand. The evaluation results can provide scientific guidance for the public's recreational activities, especially water-related leisure activities.

According to the introduction, during the preparation of the report, the River Chief Research Institute conducted several pilot evaluations of the hydrophilic index, combining research with holidays and social hotspots. The institute carried out and completed evaluations on the romantic hydrophilic index, sports hydrophilic index, camping hydrophilic index, and other studies. On December 8th, 2022, the first province-wide convenience map with camping hydrophilic as the theme also was released, titled " Camping Hydrophilic Map of Guangdong Province."

親水樂水日益成為一種熱門的休閑方式。近日，廣東省水利水電科學(xué)研究院河長制研究院（以下簡稱“河長制研究院”）正式發(fā)布《廣東河湖親水指數(shù)指標(biāo)體系研究報(bào)告》。

《報(bào)告》提出的“親水指數(shù)”將化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的親水指數(shù)概念進(jìn)行拓展和創(chuàng)新，以碧道、濕地公園、水利風(fēng)景區(qū)等濱水公共空間為主要評(píng)價(jià)對象，從親水舒適指數(shù)、生態(tài)健康指數(shù)、安全便捷指數(shù)、人氣活力指數(shù)、示范效應(yīng)指數(shù)五個(gè)準(zhǔn)則層，構(gòu)建了共23個(gè)指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)體系，并結(jié)合實(shí)際制定了賦分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)表。

“親水指數(shù)”對評(píng)價(jià)對象的生態(tài)環(huán)境條件、公眾參與各類親水活動(dòng)的切身體驗(yàn)等進(jìn)行定量、客觀評(píng)價(jià)。與水質(zhì)指數(shù)等其他專業(yè)指數(shù)相比，親水指數(shù)更加突出“親民”屬性，將各類專業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)映射轉(zhuǎn)化成通俗易懂的綜合評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)，其評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果可為公眾休閑出行特別是親水樂水提供科學(xué)指引。

據(jù)介紹，河長制研究院在《報(bào)告》編制過程中，還結(jié)合節(jié)假日及社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)邊研究邊試點(diǎn)，組織了多次“親水指數(shù)”試點(diǎn)應(yīng)用評(píng)價(jià)，依次開展并完成了浪漫親水指數(shù)、運(yùn)動(dòng)親水指數(shù)、露營親水指數(shù)等評(píng)價(jià)研究，2022年12月8日發(fā)布了首個(gè)以露營親水為主題的全省性便民地圖《廣東露營親水地圖》。(更多新聞資訊，請關(guān)注羊城派 pai.ycwb.com)
