Mountain dwelling aesthetics is a unique space aesthetic system, which is rooted in traditional Chinese culture, integrates modern design concepts, and reflects the philosophical thinking of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. The pursuit of this kind of aesthetics is not a simple formal beauty, but the presentation of a spiritual realm, and the deep understanding and interpretation of nature, humanity and space. The core of the aesthetics of mountain dwelling lies in the philosophical thought of "unity of heaven and man". This kind of thought emphasizes the harmonious unity of man and nature, and advocates the creation of humanistic space on the basis of respecting the laws of nature. In the design of homestays, this idea is reflected in the awe and adaptation to the mountain environment, and through clever design techniques, the architecture is integrated into the nature, creating a space with both modern comfort and natural charm.

The spatial presentation of life aesthetics is the key to improve the quality of homestay. The mountain life emphasizes a slow pace and high quality of life. In the design, attention should be paid to the polishing of details, such as comfortable reading corners, viewing platforms, tea rooms, etc., to create opportunities for guests to experience mountain life in depth.

一、杭州桐廬 · 柒竹青龍塢

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

桐廬青龍塢坐落在杭州市桐廬縣富春江鎮的蘆茨村，它位于富春江畔，四周被群山環繞。2009年，蘆茨村成為杭州“風情小鎮”創建點，并于2012年被列入富春江慢生活體驗區的核心區域。自2014年起，富春江鎮和慢生活體驗區管委會對青龍塢、外深坑和里深坑進行了整體規劃，推進“空心村二次創業”。通過引入精品項目來盤活閑置房屋與存量土地，該區域的總投資接近2億元。到了2022年，青龍塢區的44幢農房全部完成招商，引進了“放語空”、“流云”等12個特色項目入駐，形成了產業集群，并被稱為“青龍塢藝術谷區”。“放語空”是國內首個鄉宿文創綜合體，設計理念是將藝術、設計與鄉村文化相結合，旨在為村民和游客打造一個逃離喧囂、回歸自然和閱讀的“桃花源”。

Tonglu Qinglongwu is located in Lusi Village, Fuchunjiang Town, Tonglu County, Hangzhou. It is located on the bank of Fuchun River and surrounded by mountains. In 2009, Luzi Village became the creation point of Hangzhou's "style town", and in 2012, it was included in the core area of Fuchunjiang Slow Life Experience Zone. Since 2014, the Management Committee of Fuchunjiang Town and Slow Life Experience Area has carried out an overall plan for Qinglongwu, Waishenkeng and Lishenkeng to promote the "second entrepreneurship of Hollow village". Through the introduction of boutique projects to revitalize idle houses and stock land, the total investment in the area is close to 200 million yuan. By 2022, all 44 farmhouses in Qinglongwu District have completed investment promotion, and 12 characteristic projects such as "Fangyu Air" and "Liuyun" have been introduced to form an industrial cluster, and are known as "Qinglongwu Art Valley District".

The family room comes with a treehouse slide and tatami tent, as well as a hand-made bamboo dragonfly and plant specimen kit.
