近日，I-STARIS國際集團正式啟動2026年的藝術培養項目——“國際練習生訓練營”。據透露，該項目首批學員均來自中國境內各駐華外交機構，為外交官在華子女，標志著藝術培養與國際文化交流的深度融合。

Recently, I-STARIS International Group officially launched its 2026 art training program - "International Trainee Training Camp". It is reported that the first batch of students in this project all come from various diplomatic institutions in China, and are the children of diplomats in China, marking the deep integration of artistic cultivation and international cultural exchange.

從近期的培訓日程中，學員們展現出了令人矚目的進步。聲樂訓練注重發聲技巧與情感表達的結合，多語言課程強化國際溝通能力，舞臺特訓則全面提升綜合表現力。這種科學設計的培養模式，在保證專業訓練質量的同時，充分考慮了學員的成長規律與年齡特點。

From the recent training schedule, the trainees have shown remarkable progress. Vocal training emphasizes the combination of vocal skills and emotional expression, multilingual courses strengthen international communication skills, and stage training comprehensively enhances overall performance. This scientifically designed training model not only ensures the quality of professional training, but also fully considers the growth patterns and age characteristics of students.

目前，該計劃已從300余名國際練習生中優選出60名進入實質性培訓階段。I-STARIS國際集團表示，未來將為學員們創造多元的國際展示平臺，包括跨國文化交流演出、國際藝術節參與等機會，讓學員們通過藝術表演展現文化交融的魅力，真正實現"文化交流從少年開始"的理念。

At present, the program has selected 60 out of over 300 international trainees to enter the substantive training stage. I-STARIS International Group stated that in the future, it will create diverse international exhibition platforms for students, including opportunities for cross-border cultural exchange performances, participation in international art festivals, etc., allowing students to showcase the charm of cultural integration through artistic performances, truly realizing the concept of "cultural exchange starting from youth".
