所謂“水泥麻辣燙”,其實(shí)是采用黑芝麻糊粉加熱水調(diào)糊后,混合黑芝麻醬制成的濃稠醬料。因攪拌時的黏稠質(zhì)感和色澤酷似“拌水泥”而得名。
