1月21日，湖南邵陽縣周先生反映，他哥哥和嫂子2014年未婚生下侄子，兩人在2016年先后失聯，讓11歲侄子成了“孤兒”。周先生稱，他22歲未婚失業，平時還要照顧侄子的生活起居，且父母已年邁。當地村干部告訴記者，孩子父母確實多年未回村，是否失聯警方正在調查。記者從巖口鋪鎮政府獲悉，對周先生侄子的相關幫扶工作正在進行。
