黑草莓產量低、花青素含量高
專家介紹,黑草莓的深色源于其富含的花青素和類黃酮,抗氧化功能突出;白草莓則擁有獨特的果香,口感清甜。黑草莓因其外觀別致、風味獨特,但種植技術要求高、產量相對較低,其價格通常是普通紅草莓的數倍。
Agricultural experts attribute the deep color to high levels of anthocyanins and flavonoids, which offer antioxidant benefits. While white strawberries are prized for a unique aroma and gentle sweetness, the dark varieties stand out for their distinctive appearance and flavor profile. Their cultivation is more technically demanding and yields are lower than common red types, resulting in prices several times higher.
據報道,一位電商表示,不同的價位,水果的品質不一樣。該電商稱,黑草莓也就是真紅美玲草莓,有A+級、A級、B級的區分,不同級別在甜度、個頭等方面有不同。“這個是2020年左右引入中國種植的,這兩三年才面向中國的消費者推出。因為種植量不大,尤其是優質的A果,采購的成本很高,因此價格也比較高。”
An online vendor explained that pricing reflects grading. "The dark strawberry is sorted into A+, A, and B grades based on sweetness, size, and other qualities," the seller said. "Introduced for cultivation in China around 2020, it only reached consumers in the past two to three years. Limited output, especially of top-grade A fruit, leads to high procurement costs and prices."

另據媒體報道,武漢的一個草莓種植園的工作人員介紹,與園內“紅顏”等主流草莓相比,“黑草莓”僅占其總種植量的約五十分之一,純屬“試驗田”。此品種目前是物以稀為貴,加之獨特的營銷策略,導致“黑草莓”價格高。“黑草莓這個品種我們今年種得不多,只種了600多株,園內共約3萬株草莓,主要都是紅顏等主流草莓品種。”
A Wuhan-based strawberry farm reported that dark varieties make up merely one-fiftieth of its total crop, calling the planting "experimental". Scarcity and targeted marketing keep prices elevated. "We grew only about 600 plants this year, compared to roughly 30,000 of mainstream varieties," a staff member noted.
據行業內人士表示,相對紅草莓和白草莓系列,黑草莓的糖度更高,基本都在15度以上,能達到16-19度左右。在口感上,黑草莓果體到達9成熟的時候果味更為濃郁,香甜軟糯,產區主要集中在云南、丹東、四川、山東等,均為小面積種植。
Industry sources add that dark strawberries generally have higher sugar content —typically between 16 to 19 degrees Brix — compared to red and white types. At optimal ripeness, they offer a rich, sweet, and soft texture. Currently produced on a small scale in regions and provinces like Dandong (in Liaoning province), Yunnan, Sichuan and Shandong, they remain a niche product.
