新華社布魯塞爾1月26日電（記者康逸 丁英華）歐盟27個成員國26日正式通過關于逐步禁止從俄羅斯進口管道天然氣和液化天然氣的法規。根據法規，對從俄羅斯進口液化天然氣的全面禁令將于2027年年初生效，對進口管道天然氣的全面禁令將于2027年秋季生效。新規還包括加強有效監管以及推進能源供應多元化的措施。（完）
