財(cái)聯(lián)社1月28日電，據(jù)新華社報(bào)道，美國(guó)明尼蘇達(dá)州聯(lián)邦地區(qū)法院當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間26日晚發(fā)布法令，要求美國(guó)移民與海關(guān)執(zhí)法局（ICE）代理局長(zhǎng)托德·萊昂斯必須于當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間30日13時(shí)出庭，否則將以藐視法庭罪論處。法院首席法官帕特里克·席爾茨說(shuō)，他對(duì)萊昂斯的所有耐心已耗盡，后者必須作為被告到庭。
