央視網消息：記者1月29日從民政部了解到，民政部、財政部已提前下撥2026年中央財政困難群眾救助補助資金1410億元，加強對地方困難群眾基本生活保障資金支持。北京、天津、上海、江蘇、寧夏等省（區、市）以現金、消費券、實物等方式為困難群眾增發一次性生活補貼。
初步統計，入冬以來，北方地區和受災地區相關省份累計安排資金31億元為困難群眾發放取暖補貼和取暖物資。
