用料

泡菜、魔芋結、蔥、姜、蒜、辣椒、辣椒油、糖、生抽、醋、油、鹽。

泡菜魔芋結的做法

1、先將所需食材準備齊全，魔芋結和泡菜都是買的現成的比較省事。魔芋結用水洗凈，燒一鍋水，水開后放入魔芋結焯燙，撈出瀝干水分備用。

2、買來的袋裝泡菜取出，袋中的泡菜湯汁保留，將泡菜切成小塊。蔥姜蒜辣椒洗凈，蔥切蔥花，姜蒜切末，辣椒切段。

3、鍋內倒入適量的食用油，油熱后，放入蔥姜蒜辣椒煸炒出香味，然后倒入切好的泡菜中小火翻炒，接著倒入泡菜汁和辣椒油。

4、倒入焯燙好的魔芋結翻炒均勻，根據自己口味放入適量的鹽、糖、生抽、醋調味，翻炒至魔芋結吸入泡菜的汁水，最后大火收汁即可出鍋。

5、一碗酸辣爽口的泡菜魔芋結就完成了，濃郁的湯汁瞬間點燃你的味蕾，再配上一碗熱騰騰的白米飯，一吃就是一大碗根本停不下來！
