財(cái)聯(lián)社1月31日電，因美納公司宣布已完成對SomaLogic的收購。因美納以3.5億美元從Standard BioTools收購SomaLogic及其他指定資產(chǎn)，交易金額根據(jù)慣例進(jìn)行調(diào)整，現(xiàn)金款項(xiàng)在交易完成時(shí)支付，外加高達(dá)7,500萬美元的近期績效里程碑款項(xiàng)及業(yè)績相關(guān)版稅。
