當地時間3日，美國移民與海關執法局人員在明尼蘇達州最大城市明尼阿波利斯市的執法行動中，抓捕了多名抗議人士。現場畫面顯示，多名執法人員持胡椒噴霧與抗議人群對峙，并高聲警告“退后”，還有抗議者被多名執法人員按倒在地，隨后被銬上手銬。目前移民與海關執法局尚未就此事件作出回應。
