總臺記者當地時間2月6日獲悉，臺風“西望洋”已經在菲律賓造成4人死亡、3人受傷。
菲律賓國家氣象局2月6日發布消息稱，今年的第2號臺風“西望洋”于當地時間2月5日23時50分在菲律賓南部南蘇里高省巴亞巴斯鎮附近登陸，登陸強度為熱帶風暴級別。（總臺記者 黃錚錚）
